History

Pervozvanivka is a village founded in 1888 on the banks of the Inhul River. There are several barracks and catacombs near the village. The name is of a religious origin. But the first settlement on the territory of the modern Pervozvanivka village council was the village of Popivka, which arose in the 1670s. Almost a hundred years later, Pervozvanivka and other villages of the community began to form.In 1970, the construction of New Pervozvanivka (Soniachne village) was started. New settlements arose – the state farm, Zorya and a working village for mine workers, which was named Kiselgur. In the 1950s and 1960s, industrial enterprises appeared on the lands of the village: the Kiselgur factory, which produced powder for filtering sugar.

In the second half of the 20th century, geologists found deposits of uranium ores located close to the surface on the territory of the Village Council. This is how the RU-2 enterprise was born, which included three uranium mining mines. Near Pervozvanivka, a quarry was opened for extraction of construction material.
